These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EDS School Software ("EDS", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using EDS School Software, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
EDS is provided for use by educational institutions in Pakistan to manage school administration. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Schools are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription fees for EDS School Software are billed according to the plan selected. Free trial periods do not require payment information. Continued use after the trial period requires an active subscription plan.
All student, staff and school data entered into EDS remains the property of the school. EDS acts as a service provider storing and processing this data on behalf of the institution.
EDS strives to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Either party may terminate the service agreement according to the terms of the subscription plan. Upon termination, schools may request export of their data within a reasonable period.
