Terms of Service

Please read this Terms of Service Agreement carefully. By using or accessing any Service, the User agrees to the terms of this TOS (Terms of Service). "Service" means the education-system.com and school.web.pk Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This TOS is a legal agreement between you and education-system.com. This TOS governs the Service, and the Content available through it.

The Education System reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that enhance or enhance the existing Service, including the release of new tools and resources, will be subject to the Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Service following any such changes will constitute your consent to such changes. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on the Terms of Service page.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your account. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

Account Terms

• You must be a human. Accounts registered by robots or other automated methods are not permitted.
• You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested to complete the signup process.
• You are responsible for protecting your account and password. education-system.com cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security responsibility.
• Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You may create separate logins for as many people as you'd like.
• You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account).
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in using the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
• One Institute may not maintain more than one free account.

Demo Free Basic and Standard Account

• You must be a school, college, or any educational institute representative to be eligible for the 2-month free trial period.
• Your school, college, or any educational institution can make full use of the 2-month free trial period to test all the features of the service.
• If you need more time beyond the 2-month free trial period, contact us through the contact-us page and tell us why. We reserve the right to refuse or approve the extension request.
• After the free trial period ends, your school, college, or any educational institute can choose to terminate the account or continue on a paid account.
• A valid credit card is required to pay accounts. Free accounts do not require providing a credit card number.
• Once your account is converted to a paying account, your free trial period ends. You will be billed for the first year immediately after the change.
• The Service is billed in advance every year.
• An annual bill is payable within the due date. after the bill due date, the account status becomes inactive, and you and your users may no longer use the Services.
• If outstanding payment is not received within 90 days after the due date, your account and all data in it will be deleted.
• You can cancel at any time. No further payments are required from you upon account cancellation.

Payment Refunds, Price increase conditions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time and send a refund request. The Education System will calculate the month used and send you the remaining balance as soon as possible.
• Prices for the Services are subject to change upon 30 days' notice by us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting changes on the Education-system.com site.

Cancellation and Termination

• You are responsible for properly canceling your account, which can be done via email to cancel.
• You can delete all data through the owner's account or by contacting us via the owner's email.
• Education Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason and to deny you all current or future use of the Service. But the data of your school, college, or educational institution will be exported to you ASAP (as soon as possible) in Excel or Word form.

Copyright and Content Ownership

• We do not claim any intellectual property rights in the content you provide to the Service. Your profile and uploaded content remain yours.

General Conditions

• Technical support is only provided to paying account holders and is only available via email or registered WhatsApp.
• We may remove content and accounts that are illegal, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or that violate the intellectual property rights of any party or these Terms of Service.
• You understand that uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use the Service, or access the Service without the express written permission of Education Systems.
• Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse of any education system user, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
• You must not transmit any bugs or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
• You must not upload, post, host, or transmit unsolicited emails, SMSs, or “spam” messages.
