Student Record Management System

The student management system provides the advantage of managing students' information on one platform. The student management system automates the student's admission, Student enrollment, and other details. A simple form is available to add new students in system. Enrollment of students can add or delete in bulk. Active student list or drop student list can be easily print in format. That's format the institute can easily change the format with the help of drag and drop. Can generate and print student fee vouchers in bulk. A lot of Fee Voucher Design, Roll Number Slip Design, student Result Card designs are by default available.

Student Records Management consists of four primary modules.
1) Admission
2) Active Students
3) All Students
4) Enrollment

1) Admission

In admission module institution can add new student in the system with the help of basic information of the student. Admission module requires only basic student information does not mean that student related information cannot be added. All other information related to students can be saved by editing the student form.

Gender
Father Name
Registration ID
Class
Student ID
Admission Date

Other Student Information add through Edit-Student Page.

Student details ( National Identity Card number (CNIC), Picture, Phone Number, Religion, caste, date of birth, Previous school, Blod Group, Email, Current and Permanent address. ).

Father Details ( Father Name, Father Mobile No, Father Mobile No, Father Education, Father Occupation, Father Income, Picture )

Mother Details ( Mother Name, Mother Mobile No, Mother CNIC, Mother Education, Mother Occupation, Mother Income, Picture )

Guardian Details ( Guardian Name, Guardian Mobile No, Guardian Relation, Guardian Occupation, Guardian Address, Picture )

2) Active Students

In the Active Student module you can see the Student List group by class. There is an edit or view button to view more student details. You can change any student information by clicking the edit button. If you click the View button, you can only view the student information, but not change it. Only students will be enroll in this session. Their status can be Active and Dropped.

3) All Students

In the All Students module you can see the list of all the students you have ever added to the system whether they are enrolled in that session or not.

4) Enrollment

You can view and delete student enrollments in bulk in the Enrollment module.
