This Acceptable Use Policy outlines appropriate use of EDS School Software by schools, staff, students and parents accessing our platform.

1. Permitted Use

EDS is intended for legitimate school administration purposes including managing student records, fees, attendance, exams and communication between school, staff and parents.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use EDS to:

• Upload false, misleading or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt platform functionality
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Share account credentials with unauthorized individuals

3. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining strong, unique passwords and reporting any unauthorized account access to school administration or EDS support immediately.

4. Content Standards

Any content uploaded to EDS (such as documents, images or announcements) must be appropriate for an educational environment and comply with applicable laws.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in account suspension or termination at the discretion of EDS or the school administration.
